Being a gym rat myself, I want to help you look your best. To really make those biceps look nice and firm, try preacher curls.

Position for the preacher curl
1. While seated on a preacher bench, hold your arms over the pad, keeping your back straight and head level.

2. Grasp a barbell in an underhand grip and extend your arms.

Execution of the preacher curl
1. Curl your arms up to your chin and then slowly extend your arms back down. Do not bounce the weight at the bottom portion of the movement. Raise and repeat.

2. Keep the movement fluent, slow, and controlled.

Disco Valante instructs men on how to choose a great fitting T-shirt

Buying and wearing clothes is an art that many men just don’t accomplish correctly. Disco Valante wants to help those who need a little fashion instruction on how to pick a properly fitting T-shirt.

The length of a man’s t-shirt should be around 1 ” below his pant’s belt line and definitely not exceed the bottom of his pants fly. This sounds simple, but it’s hard to hit exactly for the obvious reason that men come in different heights. Additionally, men frequently buy t-shirts too big thinking they will shrink but they don’t.

At http://www.discovalantec.om/, we sell form fitting products that will shrink NO more than 1%. However, if you have items not from Disco Valante, we recommend finding a local tailor and having him/her adjust your clothes to fit your body…and yes even your T-shirts!
